My Own TV Channel Beta

My Own TV Channel is software for your own website that allows you to add a bittorrent server and RSS feed of videos to your site.

It requires:

Apache (any recent version)
PHP (v5.2.0 or higher) configured to run as an Apache module
MySQL v5 (or higher)

These are similar to products like Wordpress.

Installation is simply a question of getting the files in a suitable place, with appropriate permissions, and telling the scripts where to find a MySQL database.

My Own TV Channel Download: motc0.2.1.tgz.

New in version 0.2.1:

Now creates two RSS feeds, with and without torrents, so that clients like iTunes work too.
Initial entry of the items in a channel is in 'last modified time' order.
Numerous bug fixes, mostly to clean up PHP Notice errors.

You can view a temporary install of My Own TV Channel, to try it out. It will stay alive for around a week from when you first view it.
